General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. These regulations affect all organisations and businesses that use and store any personal information.
The school is compliant with the regulations in the way that we obtain, use, store and destroy personal data for pupils, parents, staff, volunteers and governors. As a school, under these regulations, we have a lawful basis for most of the data we hold and use, i.e. the data is used to help us deliver education for the children and to manage their wellbeing whilst in our care. Other data that we will have obtained will have been done so through gaining your consent.
